Lash Out Updated Cancellation Policy:
I value your business and your time, and I hope you value my time as well. In order to accommodate my growing back-to-back appointment schedule and serve each of you effectively, I have updated the cancellation policy for Lash Out. As you know, last minute cancellations affect everyone negatively, so I ask that you review the updated cancellation policy outlined below as I will be adhering to it starting immediately.
Cancellations: I require a two -day notice by phone or text no later than 8 pm two days prior to cancelling your appointment. Cancellations made by 8 pm two days before your appointment leaves adequate time for me to refill your time slot and successfully reschedule for you and other clients.
Cancellations made before 8 pm on the day before your appointment will be excused once in a 6 month period. The second time is a $50 fee. A third cancellation within that period will result in you being charged in full for the missed appointment.
Cancellations made after 8 pm the night before your appointment will automatically result in your being charged in full for the missed appointment.
No shows and no calling: A no call/no show for an appointment will be resolved by you being let go as a client. *certain exclusions may apply. Failure to pay your cancellation fee will result in you being let go as well.
Late Policy: If you are more than 15 minutes late you will not be able to get your full appointment time. However, you will be expected to pay for the time you had booked.
Payment is due at the time of the appointment. We accept cash, checks, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
I will send an E-mail blast and a text when the weather is not safe for driving and I will be suspending or modifying the cancellation policy during that time. I will let you know what it is at that time.
